Tofu and Shrimp Ball Stuffed Cheese Back

Ingredients

Firm Tofu 1pc
Egg Yolk 2pcs
Shrimp paste 150g
Breadcrumbs 50g
Mozzarella Cheese (cubes) 50g
Green Onion (chop) 2tbsp
Shallot (mince) 2tbsp
Salt some
White Pepper some

Directions

  1. Mash the tofu and mix with all the ingredients (except Mozzarella Cheese).

  2. Form the mixture into a ball and stuff the cheese inside, then put them on the metal tray.

  3. Use Panasonic My Chef Multi-Function Steam Oven NN-CS894B, select “Convection” 180ºC for 15 minutes or until the surface become golden brown.
