Crispy Meat Floss Back

Ingredients

Boiled Pork (from Chinese soup)160g
Fish sauce4g
Dark soy sauce4g
Oyster sauce6g
Granulated sugar/Sugar candy (Fine)20g
Salt1g

Directions

  1. Drain the boiled pork, tear into floss and freeze in fridge for at least 3 hours to dry it.
  2. Put all seasonings into the bread pan and add the meat floss.
  3. Select “Jam” mode and press “Start”. Open the lid of the bread maker to stir the meat floss every 30 mins.
  4. After baking for about 90 mins, meat floss will turn dry and golden. Press ”Cancel” to stop operation and ready to serve.

Tips

*Put the boiled pork into the fridge overnight for optimal effect.

*The preset time for “Jam” mode is 120 mins. After baking for 90 mins, open the lid of the bread maker to check the cooking progress. Press “Cancel” to stop operation when the cooking is done.

*This recipe is applicable to bread maker SD-PT1001, SD-PM106 and SD-PM105.
