Melon and Strawberry Milk Sorbet Back

Ingredients

Melon 200 g
Strawberry 100 g
Milk 150 ml

Directions

  1. Peel and chop the melon, remove the strawberry stalks, then put all the ingredients and milk with ice tray into the refrigerator for more than 12 hours.

  2. Put all the ingredients into Panasonic Food Processor MK-F800, select ‘Pre-programmed 3’ (Frozen Menu).

  3. After mixing, it is ready to serve or freeze for few hours more to be ice-cream, fresh fruits juice can also be used instead of milk to make Sorbet.
