| Bacon (Cut into small pieces) | 4 pcs |
| Minced Onion | 1/4 pcs |
| Mushroom (Cut into slices) | 6 pcs |
| Chopped Spinach | 3 bunched |
| Black Pepper | Moderate |
| Salt | Moderate |
| Butter | 10g |
| Egg | 2 pcs |
| Cooking Cream | 60g |
| Milk | 20g |
| Condensed Milk | 1 tsp. |
| Mozzarella Cheese | 80g |

Directions
- Heat the butter in a pan using medium heat, saute onion and mushrooms until fragrant and add spinach and bacon, season with some salt and black pepper. Store for later use.
- Mix eggs, cooking cream, milk and condensed milk, store for later use.
- Preheat the Panasonic "Inverter" Steam & Grill Microwave Oven NN-CS89LB by selecting “Convection” mode at 180℃.
- Brush the nonstick pie pan with melted butter, place in pie crust and press firmly the bottom and the edge. Poke holes with a fork.
- Pour filling and egg mixture into the pie pan and add Mozzarella cheese on top. Put the pie pan on the metal tray.
- After preheat, put the pie pan into the middle shelf position of the "Inverter" Steam & Grill Microwave Oven and set for 25 mins until the pie is firm and the cheese is golden brown.
