Ingredients

Pie Crust 1 pc
Bacon (Cut into small pieces) 4 pcs
Minced Onion 1/4 pcs
Mushroom (Cut into slices) 6 pcs
Chopped Spinach 3 bunched
Black Pepper Moderate
Salt Moderate
Butter 10g
Egg 2 pcs
Cooking Cream 60g
Milk 20g
Condensed Milk 1 tsp.
Mozzarella Cheese 80g

Nonstick Pie Pan 16cm

Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a pan using medium heat, saute onion and mushrooms until fragrant and add spinach and bacon, season with some salt and black pepper. Store for later use.
  2. Mix eggs, cooking cream, milk and condensed milk, store for later use.
  3. Preheat the Panasonic "Inverter" Steam & Grill Microwave Oven NN-CS89LB by selecting “Convection” mode at 180℃.
  4. Brush the nonstick pie pan with melted butter, place in pie crust and press firmly the bottom and the edge. Poke holes with a fork.
  5. Pour filling and egg mixture into the pie pan and add Mozzarella cheese on top. Put the pie pan on the metal tray.
  6. After preheat, put the pie pan into the middle shelf position of the "Inverter" Steam & Grill Microwave Oven and set for 25 mins until the pie is firm and the cheese is golden brown.
