Wash the raw rice, add with 4 tbsp of water and stand for 1 night.
Stir fry the white sesame and black sesame with Panasonic Induction Cooker KY-E227D ‘Heating Level 6’, stand for cooling down and set aside.
Put the sesame, rice and 400ml water into Panasonic Food Processor MK-F800, select ‘Pre-programmed 4’ (Paste) until it turns smooth and become sesame paste.
Put sesame paste, 500ml water and sugar into Panasonic Electronic Pressure Cooker (6.0 Liters) SR-PG601, select ‘Low Pressure’ for 3 minutes and sever.
Pay attention to the sesame color during frying to prevent scorch.
