Cream Tomato Soup with Garlic Bread


Cream Tomato Soup
Butter 10 g
Garlic 3 pcs
Onion (peel and diced) 180 g
Tomatoes (wash and chop) 3 pcs
Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
Basil Leaves 3 pcs
Olive Oil 3 tbsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Garlic Bread
Butter (room temperature) 100 g
Garlic (mince) 40 g
French Bread 4 pcs


  1. Use Panasonic Induction Cooker (15A) KY-E227D, select ‘Heating Level 6’ to stir fry the garlic and onion with butter.

  2. Pour in the chopped tomato and tomato paste, cook until it become soft texture.

  3. Use Panasonic High Power Blender MX-ZX1800, select ‘Pre-programmed 4’ (Soup Menu) to blend the cooked tomato mixture.

  4. Mix the soften butter and garlic with rubber spatulas.

  5. Spread butter mixture over the French bread, place it into Panasonic Toaster Oven NT-GT1, select ‘Low level’ heating temperature for 8 minutes.

  6. Serve the tomato soup with cream above and garlic bread.
