Roses Apple Tart


Puffed Pastry 1 sheet
Apple (wash) 1 pc
Sugar 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Custard Sauce
Custard powder 15 g
Sugar 40 g
Milk 100 ml
Corn Starch 15 g
Icing Sugar some


  1. Slice the apples at the middle, remove the code, slice into very thin slices.
  2. Mix 2tbsp of sugar and lemon juice into the apple slices. Use Panasonic Steam Oven NU-SC100W, select ‘Steam- Med’ for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix all ingredients of custard sauce together.
  4. Heat the custard sauce with Panasonic IH Cooker KY-E227D, select ‘Heating Level 6’, warm until the custard become thickens.
  5. Steam Oven select ‘Convection’, preheat to 180℃.
  6. Divided the puffed pastry into four pieces of strips, coating with custard sauce then cover with apple slices. Folded the puffed pastry and roll it to the shape of flower, put it into the steam bake trays with cooking sheet paper.
  7. Place the apple flower into the oven with 180℃ for 30 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with the icing sugar and serve.
