Eggs 4 pcs
Spinach 1 bunch
Chicken Stock some
Mushrooms some
Shrimp some
Sesame some
Hydrocotyle Vulgaris some
Lily some


  1. Seasoning the mushroom and stir fry with butter by using Panasonic Induction Cooker (15A) KY-E227D.

  2. Spinach boil with chicken stock, sieve and wait until it cold down.

  3. Mixed the spinach stock and eggs stir evenly and sieve.

  4. Use Panasonic Steam Oven NU-SC100W, select ‘Steam-Low’ for 25 minutes.

  5. Cut the shrimp to shape of carp, sesame be the eye and steam cook it.

  6. Cook the lily and shape in lotus.

  7. Decora with the hydrocotyle vulgaris and serve.
