Carbonara Toast Back

Ingredients

A-1 Kiwami Bread 1 slides
Salad Dressing 10g
Bacon 20g
Pleurotus Geesteranus 12g
Mozzarella 30g
Crushed Black Pepper Moderate
Salt Moderate
Parsley Flakes Pinch
Glaze:
Milk 10g
Egg 10g

Directions

  1. Prepare the glaze and stir well.
  2. Crush the middle of the A-1 Kiwami Bread and add the salad dressing.
  3. Add bacon and pleurotus geesteranus.
  4. Add more bacon and glaze the bread.
  5. Add Mozzarella and sprinkle some crushed black pepper and salt.
  6. Put the Carbonara Toast in the Digital Control Electric Oven NB-DT52 and toast for 10 minutes at 200 ℃. Add some parsley flakes before serving.
