Remove the stems from the fresh black mushrooms, wash and shred set aside.
Wash the carrot and black fungus, shred set aside.
Water Chestnut peel and mince set aside.
Immerse the dried vermicelli until it become soft.
Boil the spinach until it become soft by using Panasonic Induction Cooker (15A) KY-E227D.
Mix all the ingredients with seasoning as you like and set aside.
Boil the cabbage without any processing, tear the cabbage into pieces when it cold down.
Place the cabbage in flat and stuff the prepared vegetable into the cabbage and roll it up.
Put the cabbage roll into the Panasonic Steam Oven NU-SC100W, select ‘Steam-Med’ for 10 minutes.
Slices the mushroom and mince onion.
Using Induction Cooker, select ‘Heating Level 5’ to stir fry the mushroom and onion in the pan with butter.
Put the fried vegetable into the Panasonic Blender MX-GX1561, add with light cream and blend until it become creamy.
Cabbage roll sprinkle with the heated sauce and serve.
