Grilled Squid with Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

Squid 1 pc
Teriyaki Sauce 1 tbsp.
Mirin 2 tbsp.
White Sesame
 
Marinade
Teriyaki Sauce 1 tbsp.
Cooking Wine 1tsp.

Directions

  1. Remove the internal organs of the squid, rinse and wipe dry, marinate for 20 mins.
  2. Prepare the sauce with teriyaki sauce and mirin
  3. Place an aluminium foil on the metal tray and place the squid on top. Put the tray into Digital Control Electric Oven NB-DT52, select 220℃ and set for 4 mins.
  4. Take out the squid and cut three knives on the squid tube by using scissors, brush with the sauce and sprinkle with white sesame. Select 240℃ and set for 3 mins. Brush with the sauce again and serve.
