1. Put the eggs in the Steam Oven NU-SC180W straight from the refrigerator.
2. Select "STEAM MED" mode for 9 mins.
3. Wait for 1 min. before taking it out (Beware of the hot steam!)
4. Put the eggs in ice bath for 5 mins.
5. Crack the eggshell gently and done.
