Baked Creamy Scallop Pasta

Ingredients

Spaghetti 400g
Scallop 4 pcs
Baby Carrot(Cut into small pieces) 50g
Broccoli (Cut into small pieces) 50g
Butter 30g
Flour 3 tbsp.
Milk 220ml
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 30g

Directions

  1. Wash the scallop and wipe dry
  2. Boil the spaghetti in salted water for 8-9 mins., store for later use.
  3. Boil the broccoli and baby carrot until fully cooked. Store for later use.
  4. Switch on the IH Cooker KY-C227E, select "Pan-Fry" mode and set to 160℃, add 10g of butter and pan-sear the scallops until both surface turn brown. Store for later use
  5. Melt 20g of butter using low heat, add four, milk to boil and mix well. Add baby carrots, broccoli, 10g of shredded mozzarella cheese, mix well until the cheese is melted, add spaghetti and mix well ;
  6. Put the spaghetti in the baking tray, put scallops on top and sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella cheese.
  7. Put the baking tray into Digital Control Electric Oven NB-DT52, select 240℃ and set for 4 mins. until the cheese is golden brown.

The recipe is designed based on Panasonic Digital Control Electric Oven NB-DT52.
