Grilled Tomahawk Steak

Ingredients

Tomahawk Steak 1 pc
Garlic 2 heads
Fresh Rosemary (Chopped) 1 stalk
Fresh Thyme 1 stalk
Butter 7g
Olive Oil
Salt
Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Wash the Tomahawk Steak and wipe dry for later use.
  2. Season the Tomahawk Steak with salt, black pepper and fresh rosemary.
  3. Preheat the Panasonic "Inverter" Steam & Grill Microwave Oven NN-CS89LB by selecting mode “Combi 7” (Convection 230 °C + Grill).
  4. Heat the pan with high heat and add butter, brown the Tomahawk Steak and garlic on both sides and store for later use.
  5. Place the Tomahawk Steak and garlic on the metal tray.
  6. After preheat, put the metal tray into the middle shelf position of the "Inverter" Steam & Grill Microwave Oven and set for 15-20 mins. (The cooking time may vary according to the thickness and size of the Tomahawk Steak)
  7. Serve the Tomahawk Steak with fresh thyme.
