Marinate the chicken with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, white pepper powder and cornstarch for 1 hour.
Place the marinated chicken on the plate and put it on the glass tray.
Put into the Panasonic My Chef Multi-Function Steam Oven NN-CS894B, select ‘Steam 1’ for 25 minutes.
