Ghost Pumpkin Cup Cake

Ingredients

Pumpkin (peeled and chop) 80 g
Butter 50 g
Sugar 70 g
Egg 1 pc
High- gluten flour 100 g
Baking powder 2 tsp
Milk 20 ml
Salt 1/3 tsp
 
Decoration
Fondant 100 g
Chocolate Pen 1 stalks

Directions

  1. Put the pumpkin into the Panasonic Steam Oven NU-SC100W, use ‘Steam-Med’ for 10 minutes to soften the pumpkin. After that, put into the Panasonic Food Processor MK-F800, use ‘Pre-programmed 2’ (Chop Menu) to smash it.

  2. Add in butter, sugar, egg, high- gluten flour, milk and salt into the Food Processor, select ‘Pre-programmed 2’ (Chop Menu) to mix them well to become a batter.

  3. Steam Oven use ‘Steam Convection’ preheat until 170℃, pour the batter into the mini cake mold and bake for 10 minutes.

  4. Remove the cake from the pumpkin cake for the mold, leave it for cool down, then put another cake on top of one cake and fixed two cake with a toothpick.

  5. Divide the fondant into four and roll it into a flat circle shape which enough to clover the pumpkin cupcake.

  6. Use the Chocolate Pen to draw your favorite devil face.
