Minced Pork Pie with Salted Duck Eggs


Half Fatty Lean Pork (chopped) 300 g
Salted Duck Egg (separate egg white and egg yolk) 1 pc
Spring Onion some
Sugar 1 tsp
Pepper 1/3 tsp
Chicken Powder 1/2 tsp
Water 50 ml
Soy Sauce 1 tsp


  1. Pour the chopped pork, salted egg white and all seasoning into Panasonic Food Processor MK-F800, select ‘Pre-programmed 1’ (Mince Menu) with power level 3.

  2. Put the patty into a plate (around 1 cm thick), slightly tire with chopsticks, place the egg yolk in the middle of the patty.

  3. Put the patty into the Panasonic Steam Oven NU-SC100W, select ‘Steam- Med’ for 15 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle with chopped spring onion and sever.
