Steamed Seafood Platter

Ingredients

Flower Crab 1 pc
Short Necked Clam 4 pcs
Shrimp 8 pcs
Vermicelli 3 packs
Minced Garlic 6 tbsp.
Lemon Leaves 8 pcs
Lemongrass Moderate
Shredded Ginger Moderate
Chopped Green Onion Moderate
Shaoxing Wine 1 tbsp.

Directions

  1. Wash all ingredients and soak the vermicelli in water for later use.
  2. Apply an aluminum foil on the metal tray, place vermicelli, lemongrass, lemon leaves, shredded ginger, minced garlic and chopped green onion as base. Place the seafood and topped with Shaoxing wine.
  3. Place the metal tray in the middle shelf position of Panasonic "Inverter" Steam & Grill Microwave Oven NN-CS89LB, fill the water tank. Select “Steam 1 (Maximum)” and set for 20 mins.
  4. Take it out when finished, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
