Customer who purchases Panasonic Air Conditioner^* during the promotion period, from 1/5/2026 to 31/7/2026, is entitled to redeem 1 set of voucher. Purchase of 1 set Air Conditioner entitles 1 set Häagen-Dazs™ voucher^{^}, and so on. Customer must complete the registration and collect the voucher(s) by 31/8/2026. Customer can collect the voucher(s) at redemption centre only after receiving our notification.

Customer is required to present the following information during the visit of redemption centre

- Confirmation SMS
- The original of Product Warranty Card
- The original of Invoice/Receipt which states the retailer’s name, model number, quantity and date of purchase
